Key rule: FetishesWorld is intended for fetish content featuring adults, but does not permit pornography, explicit nudity, depictions of sexual acts, paid meetings, or sexual services.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Content Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the requirements applicable to all content and user activity on https://fetishesworld.com/ and within the available platform features (the “Platform”).

1.2. This Policy applies to posts, photographs, videos, text, avatars, profiles, comments, private messages, paid materials, custom orders, links, and any other content, whether publicly available, subscription-only, or shared in private correspondence.

1.3. The Platform is operated by Maksim Igorevich Sviridov, acting as an individual (the “Operator,” “Administration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy forms part of the FetishesWorld User Agreement.

1.4. The Platform is intended solely for persons aged 18 or older. Users are responsible for ensuring that posting and receiving content is lawful in their country.

2. General Standard for Permitted Content

2.1. FetishesWorld permits lawful, consensually created, non-explicit fetish content featuring adults, provided that it complies with this Policy.

2.2. Permitted content may include photographs, videos, text, and imagery related to fetish fashion, latex, leather, footwear, stockings, gloves, wetlook, cosplay, role-play aesthetics, and other fetish themes, provided that no prohibited elements are present.

2.3. Context matters. An item or image that is ordinarily permitted may still be restricted if the content as a whole violates Section 3, applicable law, another person’s rights, or user safety.

2.4. Creators must accurately describe paid content and must not mislead users about its subject matter, format, author, price, or access conditions.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

3.1. Minors

• any images, videos, text, or role-play scenarios of a sexual or fetishized nature involving or depicting any person under 18;

• content in which an adult is intentionally portrayed as a minor in a sexualized context;

• child sexual abuse material, or any attempt to search for, offer, exchange, or link to such material;

• recruiting minors to the Platform or requesting content from them.

If there is any doubt about the age of a depicted person, the Administration may immediately hide the content, restrict the account, and request proof of age and identity.

3.2. Pornography, Nudity, and Sexual Acts

• pornography and content whose primary purpose is the explicit depiction of sexual conduct;

• fully exposed genitals, the anal area, or clearly visible intimate body parts;

• depictions of sexual acts, masturbation, penetration, or the sexual use of objects;

• sexual bodily fluids and other graphic sexual material;

• external links or instructions intended to circumvent these restrictions or obtain prohibited content.

3.3. Sexual Services and Meetings

• offering, purchasing, selling, or facilitating sexual or intimate services;

• paid offline meetings of a sexual nature, escort services, prostitution, or “pay for a meeting” arrangements;

• exchanging contact details, addresses, or payment information to arrange a prohibited service;

• pressuring a user or Creator to meet outside the Platform.

3.4. Non-Consent, Violence, and Dangerous Conduct

• real sexual acts, nudity, or intimate images without the voluntary and informed consent of every participant;

• secret recordings, leaked content, publication of intimate materials involving former partners, or threats to distribute such materials;

• real rape, sexual coercion, exploitation, human trafficking, or content produced through such conduct;

• graphic violence, torture, severe injury, death, or calls to inflict real harm;

• dangerous acts posing a serious risk of suffocation, poisoning, loss of consciousness, irreversible injury, or death, as well as instructions for carrying them out;

• animal cruelty, sexualized content involving animals, or animals participating in sexual acts.

A fictional, role-play, or staged presentation does not exempt content from the other requirements of this Policy. The Administration may request evidence that the scene was staged and that all participants consented.

3.5. Illegal Goods and Activities

• the sale or promotion of drugs, weapons, stolen data, counterfeit documents, or other illegal goods or services;

• fraud, extortion, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or instructions for committing crimes;

• content that violates mandatory requirements of applicable law.

3.6. Rights, Privacy, and Security Violations

• content for which the user does not hold the necessary copyright, licence, or permission;

• use of another person’s name, likeness, voice, or personal data without a lawful basis;

• publication of addresses, telephone numbers, documents, financial details, or other confidential information without consent;

• impersonating another person, a Creator, a FetishesWorld representative, or an organization;

• malicious links, viruses, phishing, or attempts to collect passwords, private keys, or seed phrases.

3.7. Harassment, Discrimination, and Unwanted Activity

• threats, stalking, blackmail, humiliation, targeted harassment, or calls for violence;

• incitement to hatred or degradation based on race, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;

• spam, mass unsolicited messages, artificial manipulation of engagement, or misleading advertising;

• repeated requests to move to a third-party service for payment, prohibited content, or circumvention of Platform rules.

4. AI-Generated Content and Digital Alterations

4.1. Content created or materially altered using artificial intelligence is permitted only if it complies with every requirement of this Policy.

4.2. An AI Creator must not be presented as a real person. Profiles and posts must clearly disclose the synthetic nature of a character or material where a user could reasonably believe it to be real.

4.3. Creating or publishing realistic images, videos, or audio that imitate a real person’s likeness or voice without permission is prohibited, particularly in an intimate, sexualized, humiliating, or misleading context.

4.4. AI-generated content must not depict minors, or persons who appear to be under 18, in a sexual or fetishized context.

4.5. Labelling content as fictional, staged, or AI-generated does not make it permissible if it is otherwise prohibited under this Policy.

5. Creator Content and Custom Orders

5.1. Creators may publish public and restricted materials, receive donations, and accept custom orders through the Platform features that are actually available.

5.2. Paid content remains subject to moderation. All rules apply equally to public posts, restricted feeds, private messages, and custom orders.

5.3. Creators must own or otherwise hold the necessary rights to their content and obtain the required consent from every depicted adult, including consent to publication, processing, and commercial use.

5.4. A custom order must comply with this Policy before it is accepted. A Creator may refuse any request that violates the rules, the law, personal boundaries, or safety. Users may not demand prohibited content.

5.5. It is prohibited to promise one type of content and intentionally deliver another, present another person’s work as one’s own, or manipulate descriptions and previews of paid content.

6. Rights in Content

6.1. Authors retain their rights in uploaded content but grant FetishesWorld permission to store, technically process, display, and distribute it within the Platform’s features and in accordance with the User Agreement.

6.2. By uploading content, the user confirms that they hold all necessary rights and permissions and that publication does not infringe any third-party rights.

6.3. Complaints concerning copyright, image rights, or privacy may be submitted using the contact details in Section 9. The complaint should precisely identify the disputed content, state the basis of the complaint, and provide information supporting the complainant’s rights.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

7.1. The Administration may review content automatically or manually, including after receiving a complaint. The presence of content on the Platform does not mean that the Administration has approved it or confirmed its legality.

7.2. Depending on the nature, severity, and recurrence of a violation, the Administration may:

• reject publication, hide content, limit its distribution, or remove it;

• request changes to a post or proof of age, identity, authorship, or participant consent;

• temporarily restrict specific features or suspend an account;

• block an account and terminate access to the Platform;

• retain information necessary to resolve a dispute, prevent violations, and comply with legal obligations;

• disclose information to competent authorities where required by law or necessary to prevent an immediate threat.

7.3. For serious violations, including content involving minors, lack of consent, human trafficking, credible threats, or fraud, enforcement action may be taken immediately and without prior notice.

7.4. Attempts to repost removed content or circumvent a restriction through another account or an external link constitute a separate violation.

8. Complaints and Temporary Restrictions

8.1. Suspected violations may be reported by email at fetishesworld.com@gmail.com or via Telegram at @fetishes_world.

8.2. A complaint should include a link to or the exact location of the content, the alleged violator’s username, a description of the issue, the basis of the complaint, and any supporting evidence.

8.3. After receiving a complaint, the Administration may temporarily hide disputed content or restrict access to it during review where necessary to protect users, preserve evidence, or reduce risk. A temporary restriction does not constitute a predetermined finding of fault.

8.4. The usual timeframe for an initial support response is up to two business days. The actual review period depends on the complexity of the matter, the need for additional explanations, and the nature of the risk.

8.5. Users must not include passwords, full payment-card details, cryptocurrency-wallet private keys, or seed phrases in a complaint.

9. Appeals

9.1. A user may appeal content removal, a restriction, or an account block by contacting fetishesworld.com@gmail.com or @fetishes_world on Telegram.

9.2. The appeal should include the username, the disputed content or decision, the reasons for disagreement, and any information that may not have been considered during the initial review.

9.3. Review of an appeal does not guarantee reversal. The Administration may uphold, reduce, or revoke the measure in light of this Policy, available evidence, user safety, and applicable law.

10. User Responsibility

10.1. Users are solely responsible for content they post, request, transmit, or receive, and for obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and permissions.

10.2. Users must cooperate with reasonable requests from the Administration when age, identity, authorship, participant consent, or the circumstances of a complaint are being verified.

10.3. If a user encounters content involving an immediate threat to life, violence, exploitation, or minors, they should also contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authorities in their country.

11. Changes to This Policy

11.1. The Administration may update this Policy to reflect changes to Platform features, payment-provider requirements, moderation practices, or applicable law.

11.2. A revised version takes effect on the date stated in the document and will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date requires compliance with the updated rules.
