In brief: we process the data necessary for registration, platform operation, payments, support, security, and compliance with our rules. We do not sell personal data. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting Support.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected and processed when you use https://fetishesworld.com/ and its related features (the “Platform”), the purposes for which the data is used, the parties to whom it may be disclosed, and the rights available to users.

1.2. The Platform is operated, and personal data is controlled, by Maksim Igorevich Sviridov, acting as an individual (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.3. The Platform is intended exclusively for persons who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority applicable in their country. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.4. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must stop using the Platform. You may contact Support to request deletion of your account.

2. Data We May Process

Depending on the features you use, the Platform may process the following categories of data:

  • account data: name, username, email address, user identifier, and profile settings;

  • profile data and content: profile description, photographs, videos, posts, and other materials voluntarily uploaded by the user;

  • communications: messages, support requests, complaints, and information shared when interacting with other users;

  • usage data: subscriptions, tips, custom orders, digital-access purchase history, actions taken on the Platform, and interactions with content;

  • limited payment data: transaction amount, currency, status, time, transaction identifier, payment method, and information necessary to reconcile a payment or resolve a dispute;

  • technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, event logs, crash information, and security data;

  • creator verification data: the results of manual identity and age verification, as well as documents or images supplied for such verification where requested;

  • cookies and similar technologies, where used for authentication, preference storage, security, analytics, or other stated purposes.

The Platform does not request full bank-card details for its own storage. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment providers under their own terms and policies. Cryptocurrency payments are currently accepted through NOWPayments.

3. Sensitive Information and 18+ Content

3.1. The subject matter of the Platform, selected subscriptions, communications, search activity, or uploaded content may directly or indirectly reveal information about a user’s personal preferences or intimate life. In some jurisdictions, such information may be treated as a special or sensitive category of personal data.

3.2. Users decide what information they choose to post or share. A user must not disclose another person’s sensitive information without a lawful basis and that person’s explicit consent.

3.3. Where applicable law requires separate consent for the processing of sensitive data, such consent will be requested before the relevant processing occurs. A user may withdraw consent by contacting Support. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process data for the following purposes:

  • Performance of our agreement with the user: creating and maintaining an account; providing access to Platform features, subscriptions, content, tips, and custom orders; and handling requests.

  • Legitimate interests: protecting the Platform and its users; preventing fraud and abuse; moderating content; investigating violations; improving performance; and maintaining service stability.

  • Consent: processing sensitive data, using optional cookies, sending marketing communications, and other situations in which consent is required by law.

  • Legal obligations: responding to lawful requests, maintaining required records, handling payment disputes, and protecting legal rights.

5. Payments

5.1. We use independent payment providers to process payments. Cryptocurrency payments are currently processed through NOWPayments. A provider may collect information necessary to complete a transaction, verify its lawfulness, prevent fraud, and comply with its own legal obligations.

5.2. We may receive the transaction status, amount, currency, payment identifiers, and other limited information from a payment provider where necessary to grant access, maintain transaction records, issue a refund, or handle a dispute.

5.3. If new payment methods are added, the relevant providers may become recipients of personal data. Their own privacy policies apply to data they process as independent data controllers.

6. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. Access to or disclosure of data may occur only to the extent necessary:

  • to payment providers — to process and confirm payments, issue refunds, and resolve disputes;

  • to hosting, data-storage, email-delivery, security, analytics, and technical-support providers — to operate the Platform;

  • to professional advisers — where they are subject to confidentiality obligations;

  • to government authorities, courts, or other authorised persons — where disclosure is required by law or by a lawful and binding request;

  • to a new owner or successor — in connection with a reorganisation, sale, or transfer of the project, provided that appropriate data protection is maintained;

  • to other parties — with the user’s consent or at the user’s direction.

Users understand that information posted in a public profile or public post may be available to other users and visitors, depending on the Platform’s settings and features.

7. International Data Transfers

The Platform operates internationally. User data may be processed in countries other than the user’s country of residence, including by infrastructure and payment providers. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for such transfers, we use available lawful mechanisms and contractual protections.

8. Data Retention

8.1. Data is retained for as long as the account remains active and thereafter for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfilling obligations, maintaining security, resolving disputes, preventing repeated violations, and complying with law.

8.2. Retention periods may vary by data category. Payment and dispute records may be retained longer than active-profile data. Backups may not be deleted immediately and may instead be removed in accordance with the standard backup-rotation cycle.

8.3. When data is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised, or isolated from ordinary use, unless continued retention is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

9. Security

We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks of processing. These may include access controls, restrictions on staff and contractor permissions, event logging, backups, and measures designed to protect data in transit, where applicable.

No method of storing or transmitting data over the internet can guarantee absolute security. Users must keep their login credentials confidential and promptly notify Support if they suspect unauthorised access.

10. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, a user may have the right to:

  • obtain information about the personal data processed about them and request a copy;

  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • request deletion of data;

  • restrict or object to processing;

  • withdraw consent previously given;

  • receive data they have provided in a portable format, where required by law;

  • lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Some requests may not be fulfilled in full where data retention is required by law, necessary to perform an existing obligation, maintain security, resolve a dispute, or protect legal rights. Where permitted by law, the user will be informed of the reason for the restriction.

11. Account Deletion

To delete an account, contact Support by email at fetishesworld.com@gmail.com or on Telegram at @fetishes_world. Once the request is verified, access to the account will be terminated, and data will be deleted or anonymised subject to the retention periods and exceptions described in Section 8.

Deleting an account does not necessarily remove materials that another user lawfully purchased or received before deletion, or records required for payment disputes, investigations of violations, or compliance with legal requirements.

12. Minors’ Data

The Platform is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account or data belongs to a person below the permitted age, we may restrict access, request proof of age, and delete the relevant data. Such cases may be reported to Support.

13. Cookies and External Links

The Platform may use necessary cookies for login, session management, security, and preferences. Analytics, advertising, or other optional cookies are used only to the extent and in the manner permitted by applicable law. Where such technologies require consent, users will be given the opportunity to accept or reject them.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control how those third parties process data; users should review their privacy policies before using such resources.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when Platform features, data-processing practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain permanently available on the Platform and will state its effective date. If changes are material, we may also notify users by an available method.
